  1. Hello,

I first want to start with letting you know that you are by far the BEST food truck I have ever had, and some of the absolute best food I have ever had in Denver. The Signature Bowl is the absolute best!

Anyways, I’m wondering if you would do events, and how far you would travel. We are planning our wedding for next summer, and would love to have Churn and Burn as our food! The wedding is going to be a weekend long of camping, with about 50-75 guests. My ideal hope is to provide the dinner on wedding night from Churn and Burn.

    Thanks!

First of all, thank you for the accolades. We love what we do and its our goal to make everyone feel the same as you about our food.

Where will your weekend wedding take place? We are kind of limited in terms of distance depending on what kind of grade we’re talking about given the weight of the vehicle. Do you have a weekend picked out yet for next summer?

Please shoot us an email at churnandburnbbq@gmail.com with your reply to the above questions. We don’t always see our comments here on the website in a timely manner.

      Thanks,

      Josh Bolte

  2. Hello,

My name is Diana Spradlin and I am the Elementary PTO president for Lotus School for Excellence. We are a public charter school in Aurora. We will be holding our annual carnival for our families and community on May 14. We have decided instead of running a concession stand that we would reach out to food trucks and see if they would be interested in coming out to sell food to our attendees. We are hoping to receive a percentage back of total sales for our PTO (Parent Teacher Organization). Please contact me if this might be an option that your company can provide.

Thank you for your time & consideration,
    Diana Spradlin

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we are already booked that day. I would suggest reaching out to Food Truck Row at http://www.foodtruckrow.com and submit your request/event details there. From there they’ll blast your info out to a whole bunch of trusted, professional food trucks.

      Thanks,

  3. Hi guys,
My fiance and are interested in possibly hiring y’all for our rehearsal dinner on Sept. 23 (Fri.) beginning about 4 p.m. I am curious as to how long you think it would take y’all to serve between 50-60 people if they arrived about 4 p.m. and were served sometime about 5 p.m.

    • Clay –

Thanks for reaching out! We can serve 30-35 people an hour, as each item is composed to order. That said, if we started serving folks at 5, everyone should have eaten by 7. I hope this helps. Please e-mail any further correspondence to churnandburnbbq@gmail.com.

      Thanks,

  4. C&B I am reaching out to you as I am looking for a Food truck for a fundraiser Iam having on Sept 10th. Every year I choose a foundations. This year we are contributing to a neighbor Jon Adams who runs http://www.the2164foundation.org/about.html .
I get about 200 people and have had various restaurants donate food in the past. But this year I think it would be cool to have a food truck. I am sure there are many who ask you to donate? If that is not possible maybe we could discuss a discount. I can only ask? Please let me know. Thanks!

  5. I am contacting you from The Colorado Horse Park in Parker regarding a Family Festival we will be holding on Saturday, September 17th from 11:00 – 4:00. We would like food trucks there between 9:00-9:30 a.m. There will be family activities, vendors, beer garden and KYGO radio station. The festival will be held on our Cross Country Course while a horse jumping competition will be taking place at the same time in close proximity. We expect approximately 1500 spectators and are having 3 food trucks. There will be no electricity or water at the location so the truck would have to bring a generator.

  6. Hi there. Our 2016 Lupus Colorado Community Walk is Saturday, September 10 at Denver Berkeley Lake Park. We are looking for a great food truck to be part of our event from approximately 4-7 p.m. Are you, by any chance, available? Thanks! Kathy
